I work with high-functioning visionaries who’ve outgrown who they were, but haven’t yet landed in who they’re becoming. The ones who are emotionally aware but energetically off. The ones who know how to lead others, but need someone who can hold them.

My work blends Taoist energetics, emotional clarity, and nervous system recalibration. It’s less “process”—more pattern interruption. Less about becoming—more about returning.

Because sometimes, what looks like stuckness is actually an initiation.

And what feels like confusion is just your soul asking for deeper alignment.

My Story

How I Went From High-Functioning Hiding to Energetic Truth

At 20, I was the youngest supervisor in a major financial institution leading teams in fraud prevention and customer service. I was managing performance, solving problems, motivating people through the pressures of corporate goals. But what I was really doing was reading energy. Coaching in disguise.

Even back then, I could feel what was happening beneath the surface. I knew when someone’s performance was slipping—not from their metrics, but from their voice. Their posture. Their energy. I didn’t have the language for it then. But I do now.

By 2016, I’d rebranded myself as Yogini Maat. I taught yoga across North America, launched a hemp yoga mat company, and gave hundreds of natal chart readings.

I was helping everyone find themselves; except me.

I looked aligned. But I was performing alignment to stay safe—inside an identity that couldn’t hold me anymore.

I dissolved a debilitating marriage.

Burned down the business.

Moved to Ghana.

And met myself. For real.

The Birth of The Winged Alchemist

Letting go didn’t feel like a pivot—it felt like a collapse.

But what came through was cleaner. Clearer. Truer.

The Winged Alchemist wasn’t a brand—it was a frequency.

One I had to live before I could teach.

Now I guide high-functioning, emotionally full visionaries through their own transitions—helping them release outdated identities, restore their energy, and re-enter the world from a place that feels more like home.

As COO of House of Nine Sorority, I’ve helped secure over $350,000 in capital for Black women across Canada and co-created a space where nearly 500 women grow investment-ready, spirit-aligned businesses.
